Corporate Governance & Risk Management
“Corporate governance practice is an integral part of good management practice also permeating the entire operation, and not an esoteric specialism addressed by lawyers, auditors and sociologists” (Applied Corporate Governance, 2016). Business morality or ethics must permeate the entire operation from top to bottom and be embraced by all stakeholders. The purpose of this course is to equip students with foundational knowledge and skills in the area of corporate governance.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Open enrolment
- English Literacy at NQF Level 5 or equivalent is recommended.
English proficiency
Applicants are required to be proficient in English prior to admission to the course. Applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide proof of proficiency.

Course materials direct students to additional external resources in the form of links to downloadable documents, websites and videos.
