Below are some guidelines and requirement that students must know. We encourage prospective students to read through thoroughly before proceeding to the application steps provided below.

The process towards applications is as follows;

Enrolment

You can enrol at SATS at any time of the year. The turnaround time for processing enrolments is one week from the time of application. To ascertain whether you are eligible to enrol in one of our programmes, please first visit either our Undergraduate or Postgraduate page. These pages provide the entrance requirements in detail.

NOTE: There is an application fee payable on completing this application.

If you would prefer to complete single courses instead of a full programme, please click on the Stand Alone Course.

The Lord called SATS to equip his servants for more effective ministry (2 Tim. 3:16–17). We develop and deliver our undergraduate programmes with the priority of forming Bible-based, Christ-centred, Spirit-led servants of God as our guiding vision and motivation. We focus on people who are committed to the Lord Jesus Christ, who love and respect the Bible as God’s Word, and who are involved in advancing his kingdom through practical ministry.

If you are such a man or woman, we offer three undergraduate programmes that will enrich your walk with Christ and enhance your service. The Higher Certificate in Christian Life and the Bachelor of Theology programmes focus on the Bible, theology, and ministry, while the Higher Certificate in Christian Counselling and the BTh (with a counselling focus) train lay and pastoral counsellors.

To complete your undergraduate studies, you will need to have access to the Internet and a suitable device (e.g. computer; iPad), as you will access all your study materials and submit all your assessments online. MySats is our student learning environment.

SATS is known for providing rich online learning experiences. Our MySats platform affords our students a world-class portal for e-learning, connecting you to your study materials, fellow students, course facilitator, library holdings, and assessment tasks. We aim to take the distance out of distance education by automating processes that can and should be instant, freeing our staff to offer fast and friendly service where the personal touch is needed.

Since all our teaching-and-learning takes place online, you will need regular, personal access to the Internet. SATS courses can be completed on a smartphone or a tablet, but a personal computer is desirable for writing longer essays.
