Below are some guidelines and requirement that students must know. We encourage prospective students to read through thoroughly before proceeding to the application steps provided below.

The process towards applications is as follows;

Before you can register to study at the IIE’s Varsity College, you must complete and submit an application online. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee. Fees are payable online.

Please note, not all full time & part time programmes are available on all IIE Varsity College campuses. A limited number of programmes are available in the distance mode of delivery. To find out if your programme of interest is available, please contact us directly.

Please note that in order to process your Full-Time and Part-Time application a non-refundable fee of R400 is required for full-time applications and R250 for Part-Time (contact) and Distance applications. Please note that a limited number of students can be accepted to programmes at The IIE’s Varsity College, each academic year.

Late applications for Full Time degrees will be considered should space be available, with a late non–refundable application fee of R1750 levied. Diploma and Higher Certificate programme applications will remain open until programmes are full. Fees are payable online or through EFT.

Once payment has been made a Student Advisor will then contact you to complete the application process.

A number of finance options are available to eligible prospective students and their parents. This section will guide you through these options and demonstrate just how possible it is to finance your studies.

The Options
At Varsity College there are three options for paying for your studies:

Pay all fees up front.
Pay a deposit at the beginning of the year and the balance of the fees over a specified period.
Pay a fixed instalment over a specified period of time (no deposit payable).

Programme fees at Varsity College vary depending on the programme you have registered for. The Schedule of Fees provides details of the fees payable for each programme, and is available from any Varsity College campus. All fees exclude text books, the cost and purchase of which you are responsible for.

PLEASE NOTE:
Some of our account payers have been the target of attempted invoice fraud using domain names that are confusingly similar to ours. We have seen incidents where our customers are contacted with fraudulent information about “new” IIE Varsity College banking details and a request that outstanding invoices be paid into the “new” IIE Varsity College account. Our banking details have not changed and we have no intention of changing them. The IIE’s Varsity College will never ask you for any personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details or PIN codes. If you receive any communications suggesting otherwise, or if you have any doubt about the authenticity of a communication made on a website, in an email, letter, or by telephone, please contact any of The IIE’s Varsity campuses before acting. We value our relationship with our customers and want to avoid our customers becoming victims of cyber-crime. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused through the fraudulent use of the Varsity College name.

Please note you must complete and submit an online application which must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of R250. Fees are payable online. Only a limited number of students can be accepted to programmes at the IIE Varsity College each academic year, as a result, it is therefore in your best interests to apply without delay. Once submitted and your payment has been received and processed, your Exam Centre will send you a letter confirming your application.

Please note that you will be registered with the VC Online centre but will have the option to select a physical campus as an examination centre. The application process is not applicable to the Short Learning Programmes.
